How pricing works

We don't publish a price list, and we know how that usually reads. So here's the deal in plain terms: pricing is shaped by four factors, you'll get a real number on the first call, and nothing about the process is designed to wear you down.

What moves the number

Four factors. That's the whole formula.

Institutions

One school, or a portfolio? Multi-institution setups add the rollup view, white-label dashboards, and per-tenant isolation.

Connectors

Which CRMs and ad platforms you connect — Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Google Sheets, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

Users

How many people need access, and at what permission levels — from a two-person marketing team to a full cabinet plus an agency.

Lead volume

The scale of funnel data flowing through hourly syncs and cohort history.

Why no public list? Because the honest answer to “what does it cost?” depends on those four factors, and a one-size number would be wrong in both directions — overcharging small teams or hiding the real cost from large ones. The same reason we don't do blended CPLs.

The pricing call

What actually happens

  1. You tell us your shape

Institutions, CRM, channels, team size. Ten minutes, no discovery theater.

  2. We tell you the number

A real quote matched to your setup — not a range that becomes a negotiation.

  3. You take it to your team

A written summary you can forward: what's included, what it costs, what implementation needs from you.

Fifteen minutes to a number.
